Great facilities particularly for active people
Pros:

Great facilities, loved roof top terrace and great gym classes which included Hyrox- didn’t expect that. The pool had fun gymnastics rings in the middle which was also a novelty as well as a workout! Loved everthing!

Cons:

Rooms quite small

Cons:

We stayed in the Dean hotel cork on Easter Monday ,this was probably our 6th or 7th time staying there..I am very unhappy this time,we were woken up very early berore 6am with building works that went on for hours on end, there was no mention of this on your website when booking.

Secondly the dinner was very very disappointing in Sophies restaurant,we paid €90 for 2 small burnt steaks that were served with a teaspoon of cannellini beans only..we had to pay extra for brocolli and chips..our total bill was €141 for a tiny portion of burnt steak when we asked for medium to well done..no restaurant charges €90 for 2 pieces of burnt steak served with tiny portions of cannellini beans..the new menu is desperate.

Great location, ideal for a 2-3 day stay in Cork.
Pros:

The interior design is great, nice restaurant, good food, very friendly staff.

Cons:

There could be a little more products in the bathroom for better convenience, e.g. tissues, lotion.
instead the Mini Bar is overloaded with sweets, very prominently exposed.

Highly recommend, would return 👌
Pros:

Dinner in Sophie's was top notch , the focaccia and tiramisu were the best I've ever tasted.
The spa facilities were very enjoyable on the morning of check out.

Cons:

I went to the spa the evening I checked in and I found it too busy.
The robes are on the small side .
