Lovely hotel but because of the deposit, I’d probably choose a different place to stay.
Pros:

The room was stylish and modern and the Bluetooth speaker and record player was a nice touch. Bathroom clean with an amazing shower.

Cons:

Being forced to pay €100 deposit for the mini bar just in case anything was consumed. I wouldn’t have minded so much if it wasn’t for the fact that it took 3 days for the deposit to go back into my account. The hotel has my card details so why not just charge the card the cost of anything consumed? Like any other hotel would do.

Disappointed for the price of it.
Pros:

Location was good. Beautiful building.

Cons:

Room was very small. Stayed for 4 nights and no one offered to change our towels or anything over that time period. Nowhere to hang clothes. A €100 deposit was taken on arrival which is something I’ve never been asked to pay before anywhere, even though the room was paid for upfront.

Ideal Place to Relax on a Rainy Irish Getaway
Pros:

Sauna, pool and sportfacilities were excellent. Very nice hotel and room. Lounge was very comfortable too.

Cons:

Noise from other guests carries quite easily, so you can hear people talking in the room next door. The location is very close by the train station but a 20min walk to the nicer bit of the city center.
