The Dean provided a gracious and lovely environment for a several day trip to my ancestral home.
Pros:

My expectations were exceeded based upon the price I paid; The meals at Sophie's were delicious!

Cons:

One of the lift's was taken out of service for about half my stay, but that is my only criticism.

Absolutely amazing we had the nicest time here

Cons:

Staff were really awesome it’s was so clean we had a lovely upgrade to our room . When arriving we were given drinks really nice place to stay
