Check in is allowed by 7.30 am.
They charged me one full day for 3 Hours in second day even though the whole hotel is Empty. Location: 5 km away from central City. Next visit to Malappuram - will never stay. The toilet door didn't have a lock and was not clean. Very adamant management. Not customer friendly. Think before choosing this hotel.

The location was good and accessible. The room was decent and value for money.
The lights in room where having malfunction. One lights kept on blinking. And they charges for one day extra enough I got confirmation from booking.com that my early check in request was accepted without any additional charges. They said their staff accepted the early check-in request without any additional charges by mistake.
Convenient location. Excellent service by staff. Excellent brakefast.
Parking is not enough. Little more care to be taken for the cleanliness of the room.
