מלון יפה, מעוצב ונוח. חדר מרווח וגדול. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד וגם ארוחת ערב טובה. חנייה מעולה. המלון נמצא
במיקום מרכזי מאוד ושקט. שירות מעולה מהצוות בקבלה ובמסעדה. אווירה טובה.

Cons:

לא סידרו את החדר במהלך היום. בחדר בקומת הקרקע היה לעיתים ריח מהמטבח, בעיקר בשירותים, כנראה ממערכת האיוורור.

Lovely boutique hotel near Eger historic district
Pros:

The location was excellent, and we could walk to the key sites in the old town Eger area. Staff were very kind and helpful with tips on local wine tasting, etc. The breakfast buffet included menu items prepared to order; we also had afternoon mezze in the restaurant on arrival and enjoyed that, too.

Cons:

Getting there from the train station was challenging as taxis were not easy to find. Not the hotel's fault, but useful for planning purposes. Hotel staff happily ordered a taxi for us for our return to the station on departure.

Pros:

This was our second stay in this place. We are yearly visiting Eger and we decided to stay here because privat parking is provided, its in the center and its comfortable and clean. Not at last the breakfast is delicious.

Skvelý hotel v centre mesta, príjemná atmosféra, milí personál, odporúčam.
Pros:

Lokalita super, pár krokov od centra, výborné raňajky, hotel veľmi príjemný, nie veľký čo mne vyhovuje. Milý personál - recepčná Zsanett, obsluha Zoltán a Ádám boli veľmi milí:-)

Cons:

Jediné malé mínus je za veľkosť izby. Tá naša bola dosť malá, veľmi málo miesta prejsť okolo postele k oknu. "Väčší" človek by už mal problém. A v tejto menšej izbe samozrejme menej úložného priestoru. Táto izba je vhodná na 1 noc. Nabudúce určite do väčšej izby, ktoré sú v ponuke hotela.

Almost a top class hotel
Pros:

Overall great, comfortable hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Eger.
The reception staff was friendly and always ready to help.
For me the parking was a big plus.

Cons:

Very mixed feelings with my breakfasts in the hotel.
For me the morning coffee is the essential part of every breakfast. In this hotel guests order the meals from the waiter. During my stay I had two breakfasts and every time I explicitely asked for a coffee. First morning the waiter "forgot" about my coffee. As a result I had to buy it later in one of the restaurants in the town. No further comments.
As to the second time, once my coffee was again not delivered with a breakfast I had to ask again for it... Only then I got it (that was 5 minutes after I ate my breakfast).
This is not something that ruins your holidays but it clearly does not allow one to start a day completely relaxed and brings some stress to a daily routine.
Why don't you put in the breakfast room a coffee machine so people could just take it once they come to the restaurant?
