Der Aufenthalt war ein absolutes Highlight unseres Urlaubs auf Sri Lanka!
Pros:

Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht, ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein Highlight des Aufenthalts war der Balkon. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier und bestimmt nicht unser letzter!

the view in the mornings is really really nice. you are high above lots of other hotels & stays which gives you a nice overview about the area

the breakfast served looked old honestly. the egg omelette was fine but the sandwich with an old sausage inside wasn't ideal but whatever. staff was nice

Room was nice and spacious. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony enjoying the views.
Approx 20 min down hill walk to town, easy to get tuk tuk back.
Owner very kind and made effort to ensure you were enjoying stay.

The view was very beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.

Cons:

When we arrived, we waited at the reception for around 15 minutes and there was no one there. There was also no proper way to communicate with reception — no phone, no clear contact method, nothing. We even asked for water and no one brought it.

On top of that, although the view was lovely, the noise was a big problem. From early morning, there was a lot of construction noise around the hotel, along with constant animal noise, so we could not sleep properly at all.

Hotellet og rommet var veldig fint og rent. Frokosten var helt grei og anbefaler omeletten. Vi ble meget godt ivaretatt av hotellverten - vi fikk oppgradert rommet vårt gratis og hjelp til å booke kortere turer og dagstur med tuktuk til Nine Arches Bridgepoint, Little Adam’s Peak og Mahamewna Buddist Monastery. Utsikten fra rommet var helt fantastisk, og anbefales på det sterkeste hvis du er ute etter det.

Der Besitzer und allgemein das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Der Ausblick am Morgen ist unbeschreiblich.
Auf Grund der Lage nicht so laut, wie im Zentrum.

Pros:

Moved here after a poor stay elsewhere and it was a lovely quiet stay. The place is up high with good views and the rooms are lovely.

Cons:

They were mid way through building a pool and carpark which was a little noisy during the day, but not a major issue as we were away most of the day!
