La atención del personal del hotel fue extraordinaria, amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. El desayuno estuvo muy rico.
La habitación para 3 inicialmente no fue amplia,
aún así, no hubo ningún problema en cambiarnos a otra para que estuviéramos más cómodos.
La ubicación, un poco alejado del centro de Ella, aunque en tuk-tuk se puede hacer el desplazamiento fácilmente.
La camera aveva tutti i confort necessari ed era ampia e pulita. La colazione ben curata, il personale sorridente. L'hotel è distante dal caos cittadino, ci vuole il tuc tuc per arrivare al centro della cittadina.
Anche qui, come in quasi tutti gli hotel sull'isola non fanno le pulizie tutti i giorni.

The staff were so kind and friendly, it was a great hotel. It felt like staying with family. They even arranged a great tuk tuk driver for us who took us everywhere. You can get to the main town for only 500 rupees.

Location wasn’t great, but was pretty accessible so no big issue.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. Being just a little out of Ella (it’s only 5 mins in a tuk tuk) is actually a bonus given that Ella is a busy and happening place - you could enjoy the town but retreat to some peace and quiet.
Only accepting cash is a bit frustrating but there are plenty of ATMs in town and money is money no matter what form you spend it in
The staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. Our stay was smooth and everything went better than planned. Suresh and Ganga took care of us like a family member. The boys are excellent at caring and helping. We had a wonderful stay overall 😀. They also guide you with touristic spots to visit.
What I like the most about them: they are not ripping you off because you are a foreigner!

The hotel restaurant wasn’t fully enclosed, which may have suited some people. Shower was on the cool side.
It was good value for money. Room was big and A/C worked well. Staff was nice and helpful with getting us tuk-tuk and anything needed, like laundry services . Quiet area.
Location is a bit far from city center, but we already knew that.
Amazing Staff, Very Helpful. Went above and beyond to take care of our group. Amazing traditional breakfast made fresh in house. We even packed to go.
It is hard to access for large vehicles and finding the place is hard. They also do not accept Credit cards, we had not planned on giving over 700 USD in cash to a hotel which hindered our plans.

Location was close to the city but not in it.
The bed was not comfortable, they did not provide daily cleaning service, they have a dysfunctional Japanese toilet, and bad wifi. Very slow connection. The room overlooks a construction site and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in every room. Hot water wasn’t great either. Access road was tough and inaccessible
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious with aircon and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect for us. It is probably about 5 minutes drive to town in a tuk tuk so we were able to travel in each day but still enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were always around to help organise transport or anything else we needed. Just a heads up that no credit card facilities are available so cash payment is required.
