Property claimed they have problems with booking.com. Even though I paid the required booking amount as suggested by the hotel staff on booking.com , they didn't respond. Somehow they managed to bungle up and tell me the room wasn't booked after I reached the location. They returned the paid amount and I booked elsewhere later. Imagine my kid and me getting tired out of the flight, and waiting to get into another accommodation after 3 hours of the original plan!

Old world feel, good value
Pros:

Hotel Sukoon is not on a busy road, but walking to a major road is easy and there are eateries nearby. I liked the old world feel of the hotel.

Cons:

The front desk staff seemed inefficient and there wan't good ambience in the public area of the hotel.

Not properly maintained only to pass time. No one there to help in any way

poor bed sheets, poor bath room as water was being choked
They enen not provide bottle of water/or never ask for water/tea bag/milk bag after check in.
bed sheets are too old that shows the low standard
