Pros:

The staff in the restaurant was welcoming and friendly.
Good location.

Cons:

The standard room I was assigned was down a set of dirty stairs leading to 3 subterranean rooms. I got 207. Small room. No day light to speak of. Even after mentioning to reception that the stairs should be cleaned up since they had done plant reporting during the day, the cleaning only happened a day later, and it was only a partial cleaning. Staff at reception never smiled.

Pros:

Property Location & its look suits perfect for the place like Kodaikanal - top class food taste , kind staffs , center point for many sight seeing places - always lively

Cons:

Adjustment for early check out - Not considered for early check out or reduced stay time - can charge 1/2 day if we leave early 1 day before our Booking stay length - no way - we stayed until our booked date

Very costly but not worth the price of room and service .
Pros:

Breakfast was ok . The location of property is just walk from the Kodaikanal lake. Flower pots were put every where . In night they put the car in the petrol bunk nearby .

Cons:

Room was too small . Property is also very small . Feels like a very small apartment . The photos are misleading . The dinner in restaurant was costlier than any 5 start restaurant . I booked through booking.com and they told me to pay in way else they will cancel the booking .

Pros:

The staff was very helpful, my mother was not feeling that well, the staff was very patient and understanding. They even gave an upgrade since it was a late night check in. Facilities were great.

Pros:

Not worth for the money I paid this is through booking. Com. It may be much cheaper If I book directly. We found some cockroaches inside the rest room. Even though we paid much more they not able to provide wifi and also breakfast. I will never ever stay in future

Pros:

The staff was courteous.

Cons:

The room size.
The facilities in the room
No toilet papers, no toiletries.
Complimentary tea and coffee sachets were never refilled.
