The room, I booked was AC, but the AC was ON no cool. No refreshments was available to purchase and everything was too far. It is not a professional Hotel. It is a function hall with rooms. Will not prefer next time

No wash basin in the room it was outside in the gallery with no water in it
For payment the person asked me to pay in cash only and if I had to pay by phone pe or Google pay I have to pay 12% extra on the room rent
Very rude and arrogant receptionist
Overpriced for the facilities provided
No lift in 4 storied building
I had to carry my luggage myself,no one to help

Don't stay in Radha Party hall even if they offer 80% discount
Pros:

We booked a supposed to be a Delux room for 4 people stay and paid 2600 per night. It is a night mare location wise, stay wise ambience wise. Only good thing is about the staff who were helpful though for a tip. I am disappointed with Booking com for including such lousy hotels in their recommended list and make guests suffer

Cons:

Every thing about the place is worst. Rate was far more expensive compared to the facilities
