Pros:

Basic requirements for sleeping and storage were provided. Toiletries were also given and the room was fine. Just 3 mins walk from the Mahalaxmi Temple which made it very easy for us. Parking space is not there (considerable as it is in the city area) but I was lucky to park my car just outside the property as I was the only guest staying on a weekday.

Cons:

The room was not ready when the check-in time was 11 AM and I arrived @12 PM. Housekeeping was still cleaning the room and couldn't finish it properly as I was already told by the receptionist that you can go and enjoy your stay due to which the washroom was kept unclean. I literally cleaned the washroom which was not at all appreciated.
Had to go for an early morning darshan at the temple but the reception was kept inattentive and the shutters were down.
Bedsheets had stains which really made the room unpleasant and had to adjust.
