Pros:

the location is very good for those travelling to shabarimala

Cons:

guy was rude . was on phone entire time. not ready to answer our questions. one room was not clean. bathroom wasn't clean. no towels no soaps were given in one room. no payment receipt is given after payment. overall poor service not fit for hospitality industry

Pros:

I liked the behaviour and hospitality of staff.

Cons:

Had to wait a little bit for the staff to arrive but i dont mind it as the staff was very friendly to me and his hospitality was really good. There was a bit of dust in the room but otherwise it was okay for a single person stay.
