Good budget hotel
Pros:

Stopped by en route to the other islands and Seascape provided a good budget overnight stay. In addition, the staff were very accommodating when we had to change our travel plans last minute. They also arranged transport to the airport and ferry.

Very comfortable short stay for transit or exploring Port Blair
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, Location not on the sea front but centrally located and everything available nearby.

Peaceful, pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
Pros:

Fresh & hot breakfast was served.
Cab service was provided on request for pickup from airport and also for tour.
Room was clean.

Cons:

Buffet system breakfast would be more better. Due to less occupancy of the guest, we had to order our own choice of breakfast.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking since we had missed the ferry to Havelock Island due to a flight delay from Chennai. We met Poonam and we enjoyed exchanging pleasantries with her. Room was decent and food was OK.

Cons:

We had to leave to the ferry early morning, but did not any hot water. While checking out, the front desk mentioned that we should have called downstairs. Did not think calling down at 4:00 am would have helped much. Except for this issue, we enjoyed the hotel and proximity to the Ferry.

Hotel revealed our personal information including aadhar to a cab driver who was threatening and abusing us. Hotel violated all privacy laws. Be very cautious of cab drivers and hotels in sri vijaya puram
