Hotel is definitely a wreck and closed
Pros:

Nothing, we arrived and the place was deserted, doors locked and no one around. Obviously empty with signs of disrepair and neglect. Looking through windows we could see signs of damage to ceiling. The area around hotel looked in poor state.

Cons:

I believe this to be a scam, do not book. I want refund

UN LUGAR IDÍLICO PARA DELEITARSE Y SABOREAR LA RIOJA
Pros:

Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas de La Rioja. Hay un silencio total por la noche y las habitaciones cuentan con un gran balcón que permite deleitarse del paisaje. Además, el hotel cuenta con una terraza en la última planta de 360 grados en la que poder contemplar todos los alrededores: montañas, pueblos y viñas. Además, se puede llegar a la terraza en ascensor. Totalmente recomendable una escapada a este idílico lugar para cargar pilas, relajarse y disfrutar de unos días de tranquilidad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el servicio es excelente en todo momento desde la llegada. Te ponen todo tipo de facilidades. Yo viajé en bicicleta y el día del check out pude dejar la bici unas horas dentro del hotel sin ningún problema. Los desayunos también son excelentes para empezar de forma energética el día y también cuenta con una carta completa de cenas para acabar la jornada con buen sabor de boca. Además, está ubicado en un lugar estratégico en la carretera que se dirige tanto a Haro como a Labastida que están a escasos 5 y 4 kilómetros, respectivamente. También está junto a Briñas, un pueblito encantador junto al río Ebro al que merece la pena acercarse. En resumen: un lugar para regresar y huir del mundanal ruido durante unos días.

Hubo una avería con el acumulador del agua caliente, pero era una estancia corta de dos noches.

Todo correcto para un hotel de 1 estrella. Tuvimos problemas con el baño y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel unas pizzas muy buenas.
