Sekadar katil yang luas & besar

Cons:

-Tandas sangat kotor
-Air shower sangat slow
-Tidak mesra pelanggan
-Bilik berbau
-Paling memberi pengalaman yang buruk adalah staff perempuan yang sangat sombong & berlagak, sedangkan kami as a guest tapi dia tidak memberikan layanan yang baik 👎🏻
-Staff perempuan unfriendly, tiada budi bicara, sangat kasar layanan nya & tidak membantu

Convenient because of the location. Cleanliness needs a little improvement. Overall not bad.
Pros:

The location. Very near to mydin mall, so I can get my basic necessity easily. Near to restaurants and convenience stores. Aircond works fine. Mattress and pillows are nice and comfy.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved. The mirror in the toilet certainly needs a scrub, sink is a bit clogged, and the floor in the shower is a bit slippery, fortunately they provide slippers.
There's no lift, I don't have problem with it since I packed lightly, can't imagine it can accommodate the elderly or people with big/heavy luggage to haul their belongings up to third floor.

Pros:

Staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

No lift, bed is not really clean,water presure is slow, no body shampoo and last but not lease, the room have some smell not really good
