The electricity was not constant their, like they have installed something. The electricity comes and go every 15-20 minutes repeating the same cycle. That impacted our sleep quality and we couldn't enjoy the facilities peacefully.
Everything. I can't stay in a place where electricity is a luxury .
From day 1 of the booking, Treebo harassed me with calls, messages, and emails insisting that I make an advance payment, otherwise the booking would be automatically cancelled. But when Booking.com clearly offers a 'pay at property' option, what is the point of Treebo repeatedly threatening cancellation?
From the booking date of 25 December until the check-in date of 31 December, I received at least 35 emails and roughly the same number of WhatsApp messages demanding payment, all explicitly stating that my booking would be cancelled if I didn't pay.
Then, when we arrived at the hotel on 31 December for check-in, the hotel staff said that my booking had been cancelled due to non-payment of the advance. I asked them to show me proof—any email, message, or cancellation confirmation—but they couldn't show anything. Still, they took the full payment from me via UPI.
About 4 hours later, I received a message saying: 'The booking was cancelled at your request.' But I never made any such cancellation request at all.
This whole incident is nothing but the process of Treebo to get bookings via Booking.com for free, by using their platforms without paying any share or commission to Booking.com.
I have all the proofs: the payment I made at reception and the fact that I stayed at the same hotel, yet later it was shown as if I had cancelled the booking myself.
I request that Booking.com to take strict action against such hotels.

They didn't provide free tea/coffee sachets, toilet commode was filthy. I called 3 times at reception to clean it but they didn't respond, so I cleaned it because I was having upset stomach. the moisturizer they provide in the kit (which I asked for) was previously used. No bathing soap was present in the bathroom so I have to left in morning without bath. Free WiFi was mentioned on the booking page but they didn't provide the password to connect. The hotel is situated at that place where 4G and 5G networks are very poor. The wash basin was clogged and commode cover was broken and was very uncomfortable to sit on. In chilled winter night only blanket was available instead of a quilt. overall my experience was very bad and totally disappointing.
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options.
Lovely hotel. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff.
Five stars. Everything was just as described—no complaints at all.
Parking was easy, and location was super convenient.
WiFi was strong and reliable. Perfect for remote work.
Spacious rooms with modern amenities and great views.
Location is offbeat and secluded, Quite peaceful. Room was Big enough. Breakfast was good and staff was very cooperative. Front desk was available 24x7.
Connected by a single road. Which was under construction at the time of my stay and there was Traffic Jam for most of the time. Amenities in the room was not upto the mark as compared to the price. There was no Wardrobe, no Luggage rack, no hangers for cloths, No towel rack or hook present in the toilet. Balcony was not clean and it is just for the sake of name of a balcony, Just a 4'x3' area projecting outside the room.
Basic facilities like hot water, toilet condition were not good.
Rooms were available but not prepared. I mean to say that I need to ask for towels and other toiletries.
The property as such, is in a neighbourhood that was slightly remote and is difficult to transit to and go out. Though my stay is very brief, staff are slow to respond. Reception is reachable only in 1 or 2 calls out of 5. Rooms too big for the furniture that’s in there. Minimum decor and comfort level is ok ok. Slightly more expensive for its offering of comfort.
Not many things to say positive about the property.
Huge room, tastefully furnished, small balcony
The location is outside city limits...difficult to get uber/autos...very muddy during rainy season
Great for business travelers, everything worked without hassle
