Will not come again due to tremendous noise and discomfort

Cons:

The continuous thud noise and chaos from the kitchen on the upper floor till midnight. Was not able to sleep at all. The mattresses are too too soft.

Cons:

I booked an Uber cab through the hotel reception for the airport on 27 th November morning. Instead of the amount shown while booking as around Rs 220/ the cab driver on reaching showed an amount to be paid as app Rs 550/ which included Uber One membership. Next day I requested the hotel by mail to furnish the invoice from Uber which the hotel would have received in their mobile to take up with Uber for refund.of excess amount.But the hotel didn't bother to even respond to my mail. A good Hotel near Airport, will come back.
Pros:

The location, the size of the room, facilities in room, the restaurant location and view, the Staff, the food.

Cons:

The cleanliness...all windows of the room are dirty and you cant see anything.
There is no ventilation in the room.... atleast one window should be there.
There is no ventilation or exhaust in the bathroom.
They should keep some more staffs in the Restaurant.

Nothing much except the size of room

Cons:

Stinky room
Bathroom badly designed. No shower curtain. Remains wet the whole day
No hot water during evening and night
No tea coffee pouches
Location given on the website is misleading. In reality it is 20 minutes by cab from the airport
They mentioned shuttle service but no shuttle service was provided. I had to pay Rs 850 to get to the hotel.
