Green doesn't mean: cheap or poor
Pros:

Regarding price and what you get okay. The time period was awkward, war time, never the less. Satisfied

Cons:

There needs to be done a lot of work! Rooms, hallways, bathrooms, doors. And change the beds, matrasses. Green is okay, but is not necessarily -poor-. Try to get more chairs and small lights in the room.
Idea: cheap flashlights on batteries in each room!
