Big room for improvement and provide basic facilities
Pros:

Heating kettle is not there, boring to make Tea or coffee in the morning which is required. Each fan is not working.

Pros:

Very spacious rooms and very clean. Good ambience. The staff is also courteous and polite.

Cons:

Food is not that great.
Room service is poor. We ordered Breakfast for one person and even after waiting for 45 mins. It dint come so I went to the restaurant myself. Restaurant service is also not fast.

Pros:

The room was very spacious as was the bed. The room was also clean and the television worked well.

Cons:

The hotel was great when it opened but time has not passed unnoticed. The toilet had some stuff (poo) in the corner underneath the rim(?), the dustbin in the bathroom had not been cleaned and the glass separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom was glazed over (probably a lot of calcium).

Perfect stop for a few nights while travelling
Pros:

All the persons at the reception were very helpful. I'd like to thank specially M. Vinay who made two reservations on my behalf, one of them before my arrival.

After having tried a room street side, I was moved to a room situated in the middle, much more silent and also much cooler.

There are two restaurants on the basement (veg and non veg) and a fruit juice place where one can sit and relax.

Cons:

If I had stayed more than one night, I would have liked more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes etc

It took a long time to get hot water and in fact, after that it was not really warm - but as even in February, the weather is already so hot : not a great inconvenience.
