Pros:

The housekeeping staff did a good job. Location excellent, close several restaurants, close to very important temples in Thrissur.

Cons:

No kettle for hot water for making coffee, tea etc. The water bottle was not provided on day one and were informed that it will be given only if asked for. The staff at the reception was not that receptive to suggestions. Wanted an extra three hours for check out and were charged extra amount. This is not what we have experienced in other hotels in other destinations. No seperate handwash, only one small medimix soap and one small Re. 1 clinic shampoo sachets for two people for bathing, handwash etc.
