The staff were lovely, they were very nice, and the gardens unfortunately that's all I have nice to say.
Shower was a bath shower with not very hot water, no toilet paper, no soap, only a ceiling fan that spun at 30 rpm basically useless, bed was uncomfortable, door when locked did not feel secure and Tv was tiny bit that didn't matter because it did not pick up any channels at all.
Considering I paid an extra $8 $28 adu for the next hotel and It has everything the other didn't plus more I would suggest maybe having a better look at other locations at similar price points.
It reminded me of the scene in the beach when DiCaprio was talking to Duffy in that hotel at the start of the movie.
Beautiful gardens . Nic comfortable room . SuSerene quiet location hreat pool . Sure,this is not not a 200 dollar night 10 star hotel . But what you get is very good value for a well priced stay , leaving yoy plenty to spend on other things here . Loved it

Staff were okay. Pool was decent just felt abit grimy.
No air conditioning in room. Disgusting cleanliness throughout the whole place. Stained mattress. Stained toilet. Mould growing above shower head. Outdated furniture with dust accumulating on everything. The windows were very fragile so any bit of wind made a lot of noise. Sink clogged up as the water had nowhere to escape because the sink hole had the metal stuck inside. Terrible access to rooms if you’ve got suitcases you’ll have to lift them up 3 flight of stairs if you’re in the higher rooms which would be a struggle. Location is not any good either, surrounded by awful smells and noises which is half expected tbf but still not ideal.
