Bad experience with stay
Pros:

Hotel location and ease of access.

Cons:

Hotel room was below standard expectation. We only needed room for few hours to change clothes for a family function which we were attending. Some issues which made the stay (even if it was for small duration):
1. Potty seat was broken
2. Floor lobby is supposed to be smoke free (appeared that someone was smoking in the floor lobby/aisle)
3. Most humiliating and disturbing experience: after checking out, hotel staff called me asking that I need to pay for towel as there was some kind of blood stain on it

In a word, disaster
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel from 2nd April to 3rd April only and I am sharing my honest observation as below:

1) First of all, receptionist expecting double occupancy and for single occupancy, room don't have any window.
2) Location is far away from city
3) Hotel management doesn't allow Swiggy or Talabat to enter the premises for delivering food.
4) Except tea and water bottle, all the in room dishes are quite expensive but lacking quality.
5) There are no in-room amenities like complementary dental kit, tea coffee pouch, water heater ketli etc.
6) through out my stay, almost at least 20 times load shedding happened though power backup turned on quickly
7) I had to call house keeping everytime after power flactuation to turn the TV working.

Conclusion: Even a 1 star rating also will not fit with the experience I had. Completely disappointing. Not at all a hotel with 8.3 rating in Booking.com

Cons:

No complementary breakfast as well while as per booking, I am supposed to get complementary breakfast.

Pros:

Location and food was good

Cons:

While online booking, we paid for breakfast but hotel staff refused to provide free breakfast. So next day we were bound to paid a good amount for our breakfast.

Wi fi was also not working properly. That's why we were unable to get this service.

Room TV was connected with wi fi and due to poor quality of wi fi, we were unable to watch anything on TV.
