Понравилось: очень уютно, все к месту, каждый день уборка в номере, смена полотенец, пополнение чая и воды. Понравился бассейн со скидкой, джакузи, сауной, цена приемлемая.

Pros:

Розташування для мене було оптимальним. З плюсів: безкоштовна парковка поруч з готелем на території ТРЦ, достатня кількість засобу для миття волосся та тіла (зазвичай в готелях того, що кладуть в номер не вистачає).

Cons:

При поселенні не працював телевізор, проте його на наше прохання відразу замінили.
Відпадала ручка у ванній кімнаті, проте за заявкою оперативно підремонтували.
Душова кабіна без дверцят, тому вода розлітається за межі душової.
Кондеціонер замість свіжості наповнив кімнату неприємним запахом, тому провітрювали відкриванням вікна у ті години, коли менше транспорту.
Кави в кімнаті немає, лише чай. За три дні цукор жодного разу не поповнили.
Нас було двоє, проте 2 пляшки води дали лише в перший день, потім по 0,5 л на двох.
