Staff refused to open the fire exit doors despite the safety concerns but breakfast was delicious
Pros:

The room was clean, warm, they always had hot water and electricity, which is really nice considering all of the blackouts during my stay. Breakfast was delicious. Ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. There were rooms without windows on the ground floor, but it is not a shelter or a basement as I assumed.

Cons:

The fire exits all were closed and when I asked to open cause I was going to the shelter every night due to continuous attacks, the staff said they will open IF (!) there is an emergency. And what is more dangerous than a war and daily attacks?! This is unacceptable! They have never opened fire exits and when the kind girl from reception called to the security to request opening it, they said it is an order from the top management to keep it closed. I did go to the shelter all the way through the main entrance but I wanted to took the fastest way which was through the fire exit doors. I would have never stayed there if I had known this is the policy of the hotel to ignore safety standards. Stay away from this hotel if you are as scared for your life as I was.

Увага з боку персоналу готелю. Відчуття безпеки.
Pros:

Чудове розташування, у пішій доступності метро, поруч ТЦ.

Cons:

На перше прохання принесли обігрівач, але для маленького номера без вікна він не підходить: під час роботи був запах, а провітрити неможливо, тому скористатися не вдалося.

Чудовий варіант, якщо вам треба просто переночувати.
Pros:

Їздив у справах і треба було переночувати ніч. Кімнату брав на цокольному поверсі, щоб не бігати в укриття. В результаті, для короткої зупинки - те, що треба. Кімната хоч і маленька, але там є все необхідне, достатньо чисто, тепло. Є безкоштовна парковка біля готелю або платна (80 грн/година) підземна в ТЦ поруч.

Cons:

Єдине, що трохи напружило - двері на поверсі вище гупали так гучно, що думав, що це вибухи дістають )

Чудово, комфортно. Навіть відключення світла не були відчутні - тепло, наявні вода і тепла і холодна.
Pros:

Інтерʼєр, сучасний стиль. Аксесуари та елементи доповнювали стиль інтерʼєру.

Cons:

На вікнах було відчутне затемнення середнього значення - або вікно відкрито, або можна затемнити наглухо, що світло не проходить.
