The staff were cooperative and responsive.

Cons:

The rooms do not match the description and photos. They are very small and shabby. The rooms and toilets are very dirty. Towels and linens are very dirty. There was no heating available even though mentioned in the facilities. It was not worth the money I paid. They do not have a restaurant within the property. You have to go to another hotel for food. This is not more than 2 star hotel. The description had been faked and I would not have booked if real pictures were present. I did not enjoy my stay there at all as my expectations were not met.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced. The staff service is poor. The bathroom didn’t have a dust bin. The toilet was stained. When we asked for hot water they said to wait for 10 minutes but even after an hour there was no hot water. When asked about it again one of the staff members were rude. If asked for any help they take a lot of time. Only after repeated calls we would get what we want. The rooms weren’t upto the mark and its highly overpriced. There are better rooms at a cheaper price in the same area. Overall hotel cosmo was a very bad experience

Pros:

Location was great, room service was very affordable and super yum, wifi was very good. Appreciated the bottles of water

Cons:

I had paid for room with window but one wasn't available for first night, but they moved me into a window room second night. My toilet also didn't flush properly so I told reception in the morning and they didn't look at it all day, so I ended up having plumbers and technicians in my bathroom until 10pm until it got fixed. However woke up and I had no running water. There were also problems communicating with staff - e.g. I asked for breakfast to be delivered at 8am and it never turned up, asked for toilet paper to be told it would be delivered and it never did. I think if this is your first time in Delhi you can stay somewhere else, but if you're a local it's no problem.
