Room was clean. Hotel has drinking water facility which is very much needed.
There is no hospitality. When i entered reception staff asked me with an arrogant look what is needed. I said i booked a room and then he said pay me the remaining amount and he has given the key of the room. No courtesy to even ask a guest to take a seat eventhough there is a sofa in the reception. While vacating also i have given the key and he received the key with same arrogant face and put it in his drawer. Hotel staff hospitality is ZERO.

Worst experience I had with them. Even though I had booked room and confirmed over booking.com hotel refused to give my room at the time of arrival.
I had to run searching another hotel with my family. Very bad experience. Will never forget in my life.

Worst management. After confirmation they gave room to others. No basic customer service. No proper notification. Because of this out family had to suffer for half day and found another near by one. Please recheck the management of you want to run this long.
