Дуже чисто, сподобалось що все в наявності навіть пральна машина,чайник, мікрохвильова піч,фен,праска, холодильник, телевізор,вайфай,електро плита.Дуже гарне розташування.

Я при виборі помешкання орієнтувалась відгуки і тепер розумію, чому лише гарні відгуки.
Pros:

Це окремі апартаменти (квартири в звичайному будинку). Заселення самостійне, зі мною звʼязались онлайн і надали досить детальну інструкцію по заселенню. Це зручно. Моїм орієнтиром при пошуку помешкання було розташування, щоб поряд із Палацом Спорту. Кімната досить невеликих розмірів, але це і вказано в описі. Було велике ліжко, гарна звукоізоляція, є велика шафа, фен, праска. Як на одну ніч переночувати- нормально.

Cons:

1. Дзвонив ввечері чоловік, імʼя назвав, але нормально не представився і питав в який номер заселилась. Мене, як дівчину це настрожило. Виявилось хтось не туди заселився.
2. Приміщення потребує ремонту, особливо ванна кімната. Вода з душової просто витікає на підлогу, повно нальоту і плісняви.
3. Будь ласка, купіть нові рушники, що стан рушників, колір, запах.
4. Умови заселення, виселення (вам про них скажуть після оплати).

Pros:

Прекрасный номер практически в центре города. По сути миниатюрная, чистая, выполненная в дизайнерском стиле квартира со всеми удобствами. Также присутствовали и кухонные принадлежность. Удобная большая кровать.
Приятное бесконтактное общение с администраторами в ходе которой согласовывали вопросы проживания.
В будущем с радостью хотел бы провести время в этом номере.
