Fantastic…highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything about Killa Bhawan was wonderful! We were lucky enough to stay in their deluxe room with a balcony. Definitely stay in this room if you have the opportunity. Very comfortable and spacious and so nice to relax out on the balcony watching the constant activity outside the fort! This was our favorite stay of our almost 3 weeks in India. The setting and facilities are wonderful. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic, magical place to stay.
Pros:

What an amazing location! Jaisalmer and Killa Bhawan are both very special places. The room was lovely and clean. The outside areas were very clean. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. Bhanu, the manager is super helpful and very responsive to any requests and his concierge skills are second to none! Highly recommended.

A superb and extremely refreshing stay, welcomed by sincere and open people. I will recommend.
Pros:

The owner and the hotel staff are all locals. They'll be able to help you and explain lots of things. They give excellent advice and are very friendly and welcoming. After 15 minutes you'll feel right at home.

Cons:

In winter the nights are cold. The rooms are heated, but it is preferable to bring warm nightclothes.

Beautiful heritage hotel inside the fort. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful offering suggestions of where to eat and arranging guide. Also booked train tickets for us for future journeys. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to sit and watch life going on below in the fort and town.

Excellent and beyond expectation.
Pros:

We liked everything-comfort, cleanliness , location, great design and absolutely amazing hosts and staff that were so attentive throughout our stay. Personal recommendations were spot on and added a fabulous aspect to our stay. The hospitality here is next level. Would not stay anywhere else. Fantastic experience for all 4 of us in Jaisalmer. Excellent and beyond expectation

Een heel bijzonder verblijf dat je niet veel vaker mee zult maken.
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig. Je logeert in het fort. Personeel is vriendelijk en helpt waar ze kan. Ontbijt is heerlijk gevarieerd. En het uitzicht formidabel.
Omdat je in het fort logeert kun je niet afgezet worden bij de deur. Bij aankomst wordt je bagage opgehaald en zelf loop je omhoog. Ongeveer 400 meter en best wat steiler zo nu en dan. Mensen die echt slecht ter been zijn, moeten overwegen of ze dit aan kunnen.

A heritage experience like no other - your personal room in an ancient fort
Pros:

Probably one of the most unique location one can stay at in a hotel. An amazing opportunity to spend a few nights in one of the last living forts in the world. The staff were some of the most nice and helpful we had on our entire India trip. The breakfast was delicious especially enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the fort.

Cons:

Many times there would be no hot water available when showering.
