My stay at Houseboat Wild Rose was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such kindness that it felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. The houseboat is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with stunning views of Dal Lake.The homemade food was delicious and full of authentic Kashmiri flavors – every meal felt special. What made the experience most memorable was the warmth and care of the hosts, who made me feel completely at home.This place is more than just accommodation – it is an experience of true Kashmiri hospitality. They helped us in planning our Srinagar sight seeing and even guided us to rent a bike which was very helpful.

Absolutely incredible experience!!! I couldn’t say enough about it! Picked up from the airport and taken across the lake to a warm little boat right on the lake! Incredible view and very quaint and quiet! The family was so nice and the food they made was fantastic. They showed me around the city, took an unforgettable 4 day trek in the Himalayas where we camped went fishing and ate like kings. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay and trek in the future. After all this they setup my bike rental to ride the leh circuit! The host treats you like family and I couldn’t have enjoyed this trip more! Best stay in Kashmir !

Ibrahim and his son Faizaan are wonderful trustworthy people. They helped me plan my entire stay in Kashmir, super helpful and really honest on price. They looked after me from the moment they met me and treated me like family. I even played cricket with his sons ! The trekking that they suggested in Naranag was unbelievable! Views of the Himalayas and the guide Aslam and his family who I stayed 2 nights with were wonderful people.

Hands down the best stay and experience in Kashmir, located in the calmest, most serene part of Dal lake. Got the system reset that I desperately needed. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. Just what I needed after a couple weeks of adventure in the mountains.
So grateful for have spent Eid with the sweetest, most hospitable family. Ibrahim and Faizan are the best hosts and will take care of all your needs.
Come here if you are looking for calm, peace and nature.
Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Kashmir.

Everything was fantastic. A really authentic (100+ years old) houseboat with prime location (though you always need to take the little boat to get there). The owner and staff are super helpful and (importantly for Kashmir) not pushy in selling you additional activities but supporting your plans regardless of whether you make them with them or not. Thanks again, it was wonderful!

Te best part of the houseboat is the level of service they provide. The young man Faizan is a fantastic host. The way he makes sure that your stay is comfortable is mind blowing. His level of service competes with any leading luxury hotels. Keep up the good work

We had a great time in the houseboat. I really like this place. Ibrahim was very kind and helpful.they cooked really delicious food. The houseboat is nice and the rooms were comfortable, they have a good heating system.

I stayed many houseboat in kashmir even budget to super deluxe , but young wild rose was something special. The location is great .peace of mind best place to see sunset and sunrise from there.the food was amazing and the staff was very helpful special owner of houseboat ibrahim is great person. I m missing my evening saffron kahwa (kashmir tea)

It was very comfortable stay in the houseboat. The adaptive home cooked food was superb. View from houseboat was really beautiful . The staff were friendly and polite. The owner of the houseboat guided us perfectly for our tour in Kashmir valley. I will surely recommend my friends to stay in this houseboat.
