The location was perfect, just outside Looe, in the countryside and easy access to everything. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We found the hotel cosy and clean and the breakfast was excellent and lots of choice, very good. Lovely garden to relax in, plenty of space. Would stay again!

We liked the cleanliness and location of the property. The owners Gill and Martin were both very welcoming and approachable if needed without being overwhelming.

The Polraen Country House is a lovely, grand old stone building, situated in the beautiful and peaceful, valley setting, a couple of miles inland from Looe. The hosts were fantastic guides and ambassadors, and are a credit to Looe, and Cornwall.
