If you need something with a good price. This is a fine place to stay. It's in a quiet part of town.
Pros:

The hotel had everything we needed. Comfy pj's, friendly staff. Walkability.

Pros:

Very nice staff (not much english speaking), but very friendly and helpful. Location is OK, close to public transport (bus etc). Choose a room with view. Our room (11F) has sea view, a balcony and a nice bathroom/toilet.

Cons:

Breakfast is not very good (2 fix choices for each western and japanese breakfast), no buffet. The food seemed pre-prepared and heated in a microwave. The coffee was good.
You can’t really sit on the balcony - but there’s a rooftop space on the top floor to use.

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé proche d’une station du monorail et proche à pieds de la rue kokusai. La chambre avait une bonne taille, le petit déjeuner occidentale 2 choix était bon.

Cons:

La literie était un peu trop ferme mais c’est une histoire de préférence.
