AMAZING!
Pros:

The location was perfect, room was the perfect size and staff were super friendly and helpful. very cute garden space to enjoy breakfast or to chill.

Pros:

The property was in a nice area and very secure. It had a lovely garden, which is unusual for Nice.
It just has 9 rooms so very comfortable.
The hotel was very clean.
The staff were lovely and were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend and return.

I stayed at Nice Garden Hotel for five nights. During my trip through France and Italy, I stayed at several 3-star hotels, and unfortunately this was my least satisfactory experience.

The biggest disappointment was the service. The receptionist was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful during my stay. When I asked how to use the in-room safe, I was simply told to "read the instructions," but there were no instructions provided in the room. When I discovered that my window would not close for two days, I asked for assistance. The same receptionist came to my room, moved my luggage with her foot to reach the window, closed it without saying a word, and left without putting my luggage back. I found this behavior unprofessional and discourteous.

Housekeeping was also inconsistent. My towels were not replaced until I specifically requested fresh ones.

The garden, which is featured in the hotel's name and photos, also appeared poorly maintained during my stay. Instead of a welcoming garden with flowers, there were mostly dead leaves, which was disappointing.

The location is convenient, but based on my experience, I do not feel the overall service and maintenance matched the standard I expected from a 3-star hotel. I hope the management will improve staff training, housekeeping, and the upkeep of the property, as these changes would make a significant difference for future guests.

An excellent choice.
Pros:

The staff, especially Yulia (Julia), was wonderful. She could not do enough to make sure our stay was excellent. The rooms are all on the ground floor which helped with heavy luggage. When we hadn’t committed to breakfast the first morning, she went out to the local bakery for more croissants and bread for us. Everything was done with a smile and concern to ensure we had a good stay.

Cons:

It is a basic 3-star hotel… nothing NOT to dislike but nothing fancy.

Chambre très confortàble, par contre la petite marche pour rentrer dans la salle de bains, pas génial, d’autant plus dès que nous ouvrons la porte , nous choquons dans cette marche, il devrait avoir de la peinture. Ottima la posizione, si è praticamente vicino alle più belle attrazioni di Nizza, struttura semplice da trovare, staff super accogliente, ti spiegano per bene come muoverti nell'albergo così da fare le cose in autonomia, check-in super veloce, bello il giardino dove è possibile rilassarsi all'ombra, ottima la possibilità di depositare i bagagli, sia all'arrivo prima del check-in, sia dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Nelle camere andrebbero sostituiti degli arredi ormai datati e usurati, non darebbero così quella brutta sensazione di usato.
