Room was clean and very comfortable. You can eat your own food in the lovely garden. We were able to store or luggage there a d also use the garden after check out. Staff very friendly.

Great value for short central stay in Nice
Pros:

Great location just off the Promenade de Anglais. Less than 1km to tram and train stations. 10min walk to the Old Town. Room was comfortable and very clean. Fresh fruit/tea/coffee/water available all day. Nice outside garden seating area. Plenty of choice of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Cons:

No soundproofing between rooms at all

Estadia muy lindo hotel cerca de la playa y el centro
Pros:

Las personas que nos recibieron fueron súper amables y también nos recibieron las valijas para que podamos recorrer. La ubicación es fantastica, muy cerca de las calles más importantes del centro. Fue una muy buena estadia. Recomendamos!
