Double charge for single room
Pros:

Rooms were clean and location was best. We can get auto taxi easily for any part of city.

Cons:

I had made online booking through Booking.com, standard check in time was 11am but my train from Mumbai was supposed to reach early in morning so I called to the number mentioned on the website and requested to support, caller said we can check in early and cost would be 1700 but we have to pay 25% in advance. I paid on same call , when I reached hotel , receptionist asked me to pay more 500 for early checkin. Also he informed their are 2 booking from my name, one which I had done online through booking.com and 2nd was automatically done over the call.
I was asking for refund but they denied.

Generally a very good experience and I hope to be guest at Swastika when I am in Jaipur again.
Pros:

The promptness of the service by housekeeping and the reception. My colleague complained of a cockroach and the staff moved us to a different room immediately while their personnel took care of pest control in the said room! The bathrooms, too, were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Information about breakfast. I had to leave without breakfast.
