Pros:

Food served is exceptional and tasty. Many varieties of Kerala style food. Cleanliness and smile of the staffs. They do not say no to customers.

Cons:

Pool is in maintenance could not use it.

Cons:

Very poor response of the staffs. Breakfast delayed all the days and same menu for all the days.. Spa timing could have extended up to 9pm
