Booking Rejected Despite Confirmation
Cons:

This is to inform you that I did not stay at the Super Townhouse Hills Palace hotel. Although my booking was confirmed, the property informed me upon arrival that the room was not available and rejected my stay.

When I inquired about the reason, they mentioned issues like "no room availability" and "payment problems." I am unsure how my booking could be confirmed if the room wasn’t actually available.

As a result, I was unable to stay at the hotel and therefore cannot provide a review based on an actual stay experience.
