Bookings are cancelled over the phone one day prior to check-in.

Cons:

In reality there was no construction work going on there. I was booking a room but I was told that construction work has started there and hence we will not be able to give you a room

Pros:

The area is good and no traffic sound and noisy

Cons:

While checking in, they told us that couples are not allowed at this hotel, which was not mentioned during the online booking process. However, they acknowledged their mistake for not including this information. We booked a standard room, but the room did not meet expectations based on the price. The bedsheet seemed unclean, and the bathroom was both very small and not clean at all. This was not good value for money.

Comfort bed , food , location, open place for kids etc

Smelling bathroom , no water in washbasin, dirty bathroom , no bathroom utensils, non cooperative staff, too many questions, non responsive management etc
