Great value for money.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast. Spread of South Indian and few continental items. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was very good. Staff was attentive. Great value for money. In room dining (room service) is open till 11 PM

Breakfast is good and the location too is very good
Pros:

Rooms are good
Bathrooms too are nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not upto the mark, they missed cleaning our room even though we instructed the front office.
Coffee mugs were not clean, had to ask for replacement.

Location hear to US VAC center.

Cons:

We had cockroaches on the 3rd floor room. The linen sets were incomplete. However, the staff was very responsive to provide the missing items.

We visited only for a day. So expectations was high as per site. But should have checked other reviews ad well.
Pros:

Location. Staff was also dedicated.

Cons:

Not value for so much high price. Bathroom condition was bad. Shower wasn’t working. Only couple of towels were provided. No hand towels.

The linens need to be cleaned properly. Lots of stains. Linens are overused to a point that the stains are permanent.
