Hotel Tiger Haveli

The hotel was very well kept, clean and tidy and excellent value for money..... Our room was spotless and bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise as well as having a lovely outdoor terrace too to relax at while we were not on safaris. The location of the hotel was excellent, only a couple of minutes walk away from the safari pick-up point and very well located for the Chopati foodhall which is a must visit for their excellent chai and huge choice of foods.

It was a perfect stay! If you plan to do a safari in Rhantambore, please stay in this Hotel. The staff was super nice, they arranged everything for us (safari, Taxi, Food) and everything went smoothly. Safari Organisation was really good, Food on the terrace also, would really recommend :)

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the food was well prepared and we had several very good meals. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The manager helped us organise our pre-booked safari and he was able to help us book a second safari. The staff helped us locate an ATM when we needed cash. We were also able to extend our stay for a nominal fee so that we were comfortable and refreshed before our evening train journey. They also helped us to get a tut tut to the station. All of these things meant that we had a very comfortable and happy stay. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews as I especially wanted help booking the safaris in advance.

From first contact, staff were helpful and polite. They are trustworthy and booked safaris we requested as promised. If you have attempted to do this yourself via the government website, you'll know what an accomplishment that is! They also chased up once or twice to find out where the jeep was when it was running a few minutes late. Not really something I could have done myself.

All staff were polite and helpful all through our four night stay. Rooftop restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, freshly made to order. No hygiene concerns here. I even ate a salad and did not get sick at all. We actually ate here every meal because we enjoyed the food so much.

It is excellent value for money. It's not super luxurious (and neither does it claim to be), but it is clean, comfortable with everything you need for a safari stay. Above all, the staff will look after you and give you help where needed.

The location is great and just off the main road. I didn't realise what an advantage that was until we had to drop off others on the way back from one of the safaris. They were staying in more expensive hotels, but they were accessed over bumpy, rocky dirt tracks!

Not so here. The Haveli is in a nice residential street, so you will see local families going about their business.

Owner's son personally drove us to a cash machine a little further away as we were having trouble with drawing cash at the ones we could walk to.

Recommend going for one of the suites as you'll get a nice balcony to sit out on, if you like and a good sized room and bathroom.

Asi nejlepší ubytování co jsme v této cenové kategorii v Rádžastánu měli. Syn majitele zařídil safari i jízdenku na vlak. Restaurace na střeše byla taky v pohodě.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Before our arrival, they already assisted us with booking two safaris and even accompanied us to the departure point to make sure everything went smoothly. When we encountered train issues while returning to Jaipur, they immediately helped us with that as well.
The hotel also has a lovely rooftop where you can enjoy a meal.

The location was brilliant for safari trips and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurant was lovely to sit during the day and night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, this was a decent and pleasant stay. The room was ok (don't expect luxury), the atmosphere was calm, and for accommodation alone, I had no major complaints.
However, I would not recommend booking a tiger safari through the hotel. I booked a safari with them and was charged significantly more than the price shown on the official ticket. When I confronted the manager, he attempted to explain the price difference, but the explanation was unclear and did not justify the exorbitant markup.

Warm welcome from staff who were expecting us and communicated exceptionally well in run up to visit. They organised a jeep safari at our request prior to our arrival. Our room was large and clean with simple en-suite bathroom and hot water. We had a delicious, inexpensive freshly cooked meal at their rooftop restaurant- from which we also got to see some great fireworks as a bonus (wedding season!) Beds were comfortable and clean. We hadn’t realised everything had to be paid for in cash but our very friendly and accommodating host drove us into town in his jeep so we could get some (and he could get some milk!) Efficient in the morning for early start for safari. Brought us complementary chai and biscuits while we waited for jeeps to arrive and provided blanket for safari (which we were grateful for - Jan mornings cold before sun comes up!!) We had to rush to get onward train to Agra after safari so our host arranged for taxi to pick us up from exit gate, swing by to grab bags and take us to train station. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Nous sommes arrivés en uber et nous avons eu un problème avec notre chauffeur qui était agressif envers nous.
L'équipe de l'hôtel nous a beaucoup aidé et a géré le problème pour nous, nous en sommes très reconnaissants ! Ils ont été très gentils pendant tout notre séjour.

La nourriture proposée par l'hôtel est très bonne, nous avons apprécié chaque repas ici (les cheese naan étaient particulièrement bons).

L'organisation pour le safari était excellente et nous (comme quasiment tous les autres clients) avons pu voir plusieurs tigres !
De plus, le prix proposé est très bon.

Je recommande vraiment de venir séjourner ici, c'est calme et les personnes travaillant ici sont très gentilles.

Simpele kamers, maar prima voor deze prijs. Er zit een restaurant op het dak waar genoeg keuze is qua eten. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en ze hebben alle safari’s voor ons geboekt
