Nothing to Like
Shady pricing and terrible communication. I intimated them beforehand via messages about my late checkout, and they confirmed the fee would be ₹500. Despite this clear agreement, they slapped an extra ₹1000 charge on my final bill. They claimed the higher fee was because it was 5 hours late, which they completely failed to inform me about when quoting the initial ₹500. Do not trust their word, and expect hidden charges.

Location is bit ok
Unfortunately, the room was not clean and did not meet basic standards of hygiene. The lighting in the room was poor, making it uncomfortable to use, especially during the evening. In addition, the corridor had a persistent unpleasant smell, which created a poor first impression.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing. It was dirty, had a foul odor, and appeared to have been inadequately cleaned before my check-in. This significantly affected the comfort of my stay.
Furthermore, the hotel does not have a properly organized parking area.
Not recommended for family. My son is affected by a skin disease and under treatment now.
Breakfast was good. It would be good if you start breakfast at 7 am.
Excellent location, better to stay in IJK
Executive Bar should change to ground floor. Family has difficult to enter the rooms on the same stairs with drunkards.

Perhaps the only decent star facility around Irinjalakuda , the location is convenient, the food is good.
The facility is aging, some upgrades may be needed
Breakfast was not provided. Location was excellent. Placed exactly in the centre of the town accessible all main centres. Billing was done swiftly at request of vacting time. No delays were experienced.
Lighting of the room was a bit low. It could have been provided with much more tube lights. Which can be energy saving too.
I went single. But single AC room provision was not available.
And finally a small request.. I have forgotten my shaving catridge and cream in the washroom. If the hotel managent can preserve it I can collect during my next visit on 11th May 2026
