Scam artists
Pros:

They cancelled my booking before I arrived resulting in us having to scurry around to find other hotels last minute.

Cons:

They confirmed our booking and accepted that we would pay on arrival. They then demanded that we pay upfront or they would cancel it.
We only had cash and told them that but they cancelled it anyway. Led to so much unnecessary hurrying to find another hotel.
Utter scammers and will not go near them again!
Should be removed from booking.com if they don’t adhere to their rules

Very clean and convenient for a transit halt in Chennai.

There was hardly any choice for breakfast, and no catering for other meals. One can only order through outside deliveries.

All round great. Staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, Excellent breakfast. Many thanks!
Pros:

Convenient for airport. Friendly welcome. Very helpful staff. Good local advice. Free taxi shuttle service at 3.45am was no problem. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant included in price.
