Pros:

We got 1 room upgraded to a suite, so it was very comfortable, the second room was a little crammed for size. The restaurant food was nice. The morning breakfast is an amazing spread. The spa is small, but the services are good and reasonably priced. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. i do recommend this hotel highly

overall it was way beyond expectations. cleanliness, food, room service and alcohol convenience.
Pros:

breakfast is awesome with the variety even for non-veg. i especially enjoyed the medu vada and shambar.

Cons:

if proper meal can be catered in the bar would be awesome. on my first day when the liqour store was not opened, i wanted to have a few drinks at the bar but noticed that dinner could not be served there. would be good if dinner can be served there as well.
