Pros:

Accueil agréable, installation (notamment sportive) très bien maintenues et agréable à utiliser. Restaurant (petit déjeuné) offre une bonne variété de choix.

Cons:

La taille du restaurant, un peu petite pour l'accueil des hôtes lors du petit déjeuné. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était un peu faible.

Value for money but unless you have work in one of the offices GIFT city is not the place to stay.
Pros:

The lady at the reception was very nice and polite.

Cons:

The extra bed for my child. Was horrible - they put an extra mattress but the spring mattress was as good as not being there. It was very thin and the spring underneath literally poked every bone. My child was unable to sleep on it . So middle of the night we had to adjust in a tiny Queen bed. There was a nice window but we had to keep it covered because the glass was full of bird shit.

Magnifique hôtel, le personnel est très serviable et très bien formé pour satisfaire tous les demandes. La nourriture était excellente, le buffet très varié.

Cons:

A mon arrivée on m'a demandé de payé plus cher que ce que j'avais réservé. Le garçon a la réception n'avait pas accès au réservation Booking est voulait me taxer au prix le plus cher .J'ai du négocier et sortir le prix de ma réservation de l'application. La femme de chambre ne déposait pas des serviettes après le ménage il fallait que je la cherche dans les couloirs pour réclamer. Le premier jour aucune serviettes le deuxième jour j'ai eu droit de une grande serviette et deux pour le sol ,le dernier jour on a eu droit de une serviette pour deux personnes. Je pense que c'était fait pour nous demander des pourboires. J'étais inquiète que l'établissement pense que j'ai pris les serviettes et qui me demandea a les payer. A mon retour en France j'ai constaté qu'il me manque des boucles d'oreilles a mon avis il faut que l'établissement surveille cette personne. Malgré tout je ne souhaite pas faire une mauvaise note pour l'hôtel car le reste du personnel était vraiment adorable et la gestion était excellente.

Pros:

Impeccable service by Joy, Sharmishtha, laxmi, chef prachi and others. Meals were good. We were allowed a late check-out and were v happy. The sofa cum bed in suite is v uncomfortable and rooms need regular maintenance.
