It was good experience overall and location was also good and staff is quite supportive
Pros:

Food was okay okay, but staff was very supportive and the cleanliness and everything was quite good

There were cockroaches in my room around 5-6 cockroaches rest it was good experience

Cons:

Food could have been better, it was not upto the mark according to the price

Nothing. Biggest mistake of booking this hotel

Cons:

Everything. No hot water, no lift, no WiFi, non working AC, stinking room, paid water, rude staff.
Now I see some service fee bill of 228 rs. Not sure what this service fee charge is of. Sort this and warn the owners of hotel of not doing this kind of extortion in future.

My flight was late and i reached there by 4 o clock in the morning on 17.7.2025 and showed our booking id and advance amount receipt. The staff during that time behaved arrogantly and they were not ready to accommodate us. Also they raised the sound with the word that"you cannot stay here as you have paid advance to somebody not to them". As my family got tired i begged them to provide a room. Then they given the room (roim no.206) and charged Rs.3500/- we have checked out at 8.30 amon the same day. It was horrible and never book the room through booking. Com. If you can kindly return my advance.
