Excellent location. It is very calm and serene.

Cons:

Bedding and towel hygiene must be improved. We saw many stains on the bedding, pillows, and towels. That was disappointing for such a nice hotel.

I didn't stay there
Pros:

The worst experience was Aurum Subramanya, the front office people haven't been exposed to people and circumstances, they are very arrogant, carry a lot of head weight, and they being in hospitality industry they don't know what is being hospitality, they are frogs in the well.

Very friendly staff, organised food and driving service at 5 am which we needed for a trek. also allowed us to use facilities even after check-out. beautiful view and great food!
