Pros:

The best part of the resort was its location . Not too far again not too close to the chaos of the populated areas. Neat and tidy, the resort makes you feel at home. Food may seem to be pricy but the quantity and quality justifies the same. Staffs equally polite. Special mention to Mr Alex he moved out of his way to help me with my travel plan and sight seeing even when I planned the trip all by myself and not through hotel. Moreover Sprise Munnar ensures that your stay is a memorable one .

Good property. Better staff needed.
Pros:

The property is 5 Km from Anachal and away from city centre. The stay is peaceful and serene. The rooms are huge and the food is decent in the in-house restaurant. The room service guys are really helping even more than the actual staff at reception.

Cons:

The living room and balcony are sharing and not to yourself. We visited for our anniversary but no complimentary decorations were done. I even asked to make somw arrangements but they told it will be charged separately. The reception staff seemed least interested in making any kind of arrangements.

Relaxing stay near Munnar .
Pros:

Beautiful location, spacious rooms and friendly staff. We had good time staying at the resort . Half an hour drive away from Munnar and beautiful scenery on the way
Resort location is not the same as shown in booking.com, so use google maps or ask locals.
Pool maintenance could have been better and have a member of staff supervising when gusts using the pool, especially with children.
