Un hotel tranquillo, rilassante qualità/prezzo 100/100

Un enorme hotel di classe fantastico in zona Aurelia.
Quello che colpisce è la grandezza degli spazi, la cura, e la scelta del design. Dal mobile ai quadri. Vi è anche una boutique bellissima all’interno.
In entrambe le permanenze le stanze assegnatami erano dotate di balcone con vista piscina, spaziose, eleganti, pulite ed esteticamente belle.
Del personale ho trovato Petronella, all’accoglienza colazioni, molto solare e gentile.
Sono venuta per un viaggio d’esame molto importante e ho scelto perché la sede d’esame era nelle vicinanze. Mi sono trovata veramente benissimo, a mio agio. Anche mia madre e mio fratello, che hanno pernottato una parte della permanenza con me, erano estasiati dalla bellezza dell’hotel.
Fantastico il fatto che dopo gli esami ci si può rilassare nella bellissima piscina che di notte si illumina di diversi colori dando vita a un’atmosfera magica. Anche la zona bar/piscina molto suggestiva.

Il lavoro in hotel alla reception all’estero come manager e posso dire: Prezzo/qualità assolutamente 100/100

Cons:

Piccoli dettagli tecnici:
Durante la prima permanenza, nella stanza 4520, la luce sulla scrivania si spegneva e accendeva in continuazione e l’acqua del WC era lenta.
Mentre nella 4618 (seconda permanenza) il telefono non funzionava e l’acqua del bidè era lenta.
Se proprio dovessi contestare qualcosa: i delivery non vengono portati in camera bisogna scendere di persona.
I menu del ristorante andrebbero a mio parere rivisitati con più varietà data la ricchezza e bontà della cucina romana/italiana. Se vi fosse stata più scelta avrei volentieri mangiato in loco.
La colazione invece ottima e ricca di scelta. Si può anche mangiare in giardino con una vista e arietta fresca spettacolari. Personale attento e gentile. Il signore (non ricordo il nome) addetto ai caffè era molto simpatico.
Anche il direttore girava sempre ovunque per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto .

The perfect location for both a relaxing getaway and exploring the city.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast, and everything is fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The superior room was spacious and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and offered a lovely view of the swimming pool. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
