Clueless...booking.com
Pros:

The hotel was full despite your confirmation...we had to find a different hotel...causing stress...

Cons:

We could not stay at the hotel....we didnot like booking.com unawareness of the issue

Ensure the remotes are working to use and after cleaning empty the dust bins
Pros:

Remote for the AC and TV were not working and we cannot use the AC when we need it!!!!!!

Quick one day trip to Panchgani
Pros:

Location is centre of Panchgani. You would not believe you are in the middle of a market area. The hotel premises is very peaceful and quiet. Entrance drive has lovely Silver Oak trees.

Cons:

Ordered evening tea and had to wait 45 minutes before it came!! Tried to call the restaurant to order dinner the same evening but the phone kept ringing. I assumed they were busy so called again after 10 minutes. This time some picked up the phone and kept it aside. So I could not place an order. Luckily there are plenty of places near by.
