It was the worst experience someone can every experience, it is not even a hotel but a lodge which operates on hourly basis primarily for people to have sex.

My wife and my kid were traumatised, looking at the strains on the bed the horrible smell, the shady lighting’s.

There were no lights in the corridor. The lift was not operational. Staffs were very unprofessional. Overall it was a horrible horrible place. I was surprised how booking.com has such a hotel listed on their website.

This terribly tarnish, the credibility of your entire company, you should take some strict action against these guys.

Not hygienic, Not clean, Dirty atmosphere, Insects inside room and on bed.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I reached the hotel on time with my family and even made the initial payment, yet your staff refused to give us a room and shamelessly said no rooms are available. This is nothing but harassment.

Your staff is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. On top of that, your so-called “customer care” is a joke — no one picks up calls, no support, no responsibility. This is the most pathetic and mismanaged service I’ve ever seen.

Don’t send me false messages claiming I didn’t check in. I WAS THERE, and your hotel turned us away after taking money. I travelled 38 KM from the airport just to face this nonsense.

I will never use or recommend your useless booking system to anyone. Fix your broken setup before fooling customers.

I do not want your services ever again. Refund my money immediately.

Cancelled my booking despite paying booking amount, gave me a non ac room with smell like seepage, non functional bathroom and toilet.

Horrible stay. Hopeless and felt completely uncomfortable as a girl. Had cockroaches bed bugs and the staff was horrible and unhelpful. Horrible location. Made my entire stay bad and got me terribly sick because of the hygiene. The images didnt match the room i was made to stay in. The bed had stains and it was terrible. It was dusty and there were shady businesses going on there

Everything about it. It was not clean..washroom was stinking urine. Room full of insects. No lights. No hot water. Dirty blankets. Demolish this hotel

Extremely Disappointing Stay
Our experience at this hotel was very poor. The rooms were damp, unclean, and poorly maintained. We even found cockroaches in multiple areas, which was quite unpleasant. The walls were cracked and in dire need of repair. Overall, the property felt neglected and unfit to be called a hotel. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this place until major improvements are made.
