Pros:

Merkeze yürüyerek 8 dakika.
Temiz , konforlu. Gece geldik mutfak kapanmasina rağmen kahve yaptılar. Güleryüzlu personel .

Гарний готель, світлі номери, приємний персонал.
Pros:

Розташування гарне, недалеко від центру, велика кімната з робочим місцем, що було неочікувано. Сучасний готель, дуже приємний персонал на рецепції. В номері фену не було, але його надали.

Cons:

Дуже дивний душ - коли купаєшся, все заливає водою. Взагалі, по дизайну від трохи вибивається з загальної картинки. Ну і фена в номері не було, що теж трохи здивувало.

Liniste, curatenie, amabilitate si la 2 minute de centru? Aici le aveti pe toate :)
Pros:

Stiam acest hotel de la rezervarea de anul trecut, l-am ales pentru faptul ca este situat langa centru, intr-o zona linistita. Nu ne-a dezamagit nici de data aceasta, totul a fost asa cum ne asteptam iar camera oferita a fost excelenta. Comunicarea cu staff-ul a fost impecabila. Vrem chiar sa le multumim pentru ca ne-au ajutat cu un tirbuson pentru cele doua sticle de vin cu care am sosit in camera, la magazinul de unde le-am cumparat, la un alt magazin si la Lukoil-ul de langa hotel negasind unul. Oamenii au venit imediat cu un tirbuson luat de la personalul de la restaurant si asa am rezolvat problema :) Si data viitoare cand vom dori sa stam o noapte la Ruse tot pe ei ii vom alege.
Patul dublu este mare, privelistea catre strada din spate ne-a linistit intotdeauna mai ales ca ne-am putut uita catre o scara de bloc la care isi au casa vreo cinci pisici. Am gasit liniste, am gasit curat si am gasit niste oameni care ne-au ajutat cu tot ceea ce au putut.
Multumim, hotel Crystal! Sa ne vedem cu bine data viitoare :)
