There are many amenities. There is no time to rest between meals. Dangerous for those who do not know how to drink alcohol. Nice heated pool, sauna and hammam.
Gained weight after only living for two days
Helpful and really friendly staff, nice spacious room.
The food was incredible! One of the best hotel food we have ever eaten. We loved the food so much cancelled our dinner reservations outside.
I can truly say that you will be treated like kings and queens. Their staff is also amazing. Super kind, very helpful and generous. Hotel is very clean, everything you need is provided. We will be back next year.
Hotels name has changed. Its not called Primasol Hane Garden anymore it called Calimera Hane Garden. This information needs to be updated in booking as well. We were very confused and weren't sure if we were at the right place when we arrived.
The pool is small for a hotel with a capacity of 1000 guests. The sunbeds are not enough if you don't leavs your towel super early in the morning you won't find a place by the pool later. And the sunbeds are extremely closed to each other you can touch the stranger laying next to you kind of close. The pool area definitely needs improvements. Also people were smoking at the pool area it was super disturbing especially when the space is very tight. The small kid aqua park area needs regulations. Big kids shouldn't be allowed to that area but there is no controls.
In general majority of the guests in hotel are Germans. Therefore all the activities in the hotel are designed to please the German guests. For example the kids club and the mini disco is only German speaking. So if your kid is not speaking German they will not enjoy it. It would be good to have a balance with some more Turkish songs since the hotel is located in Turkey.
Absolutely nothing
Most of the staff are very rude and unprofessional
Breakfast and food was good on the first day but it was the same thing for all the 4 days tath we were there. we got sick of it by the second day because lunch and dinner were the same.
the Staff were very poor. they talked about us behind our back and even made comments to each other as my children and myself approached. perhaps they were not talking about us but their manners were snide. They gave myself and my children a double room instead of a family room. Myself and three teenagers had to fit on a single bed and a double bed. When I asked for a family room as I was paying €400 a night! they said there are none available. our american friend asked to be moved to another room as it was a noisy ground floor. He was given a family room for a single person. He had a room with two single beds and a double bed for just himself.
He said it was because he tips and he is American.
I felt a bit of racism from the establishment based on this fact. I am of Indian Origin.
The reception staff were uncoute and did not have a welcoming nature. they spoke limited english for a global establishment. They were rude and only MEN!
the waiters on a contrary were kind and friendly. We tipped them for their service and their respectful nature.
It was overall a very nice experience. There were lots of facilities for food, drink bars, indoor and outdoor areas to lounge with family, etc. There were several pools, including an indoor and two outdoor pools, a beach on the sea, a massage/spa area.
The all-inclusive food buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was definitely convenient but it was mediocre in quality. When we went to restaurants a couple times, the food there was much better. Not really a huge downside but something to keep in mind.

The pool was freezing and the extras were expensive, eg.massage quad biking
Most of staff not understand the English. Food is middle range. Fruit quality very poor not washed properly.
The bars were good. Bus to the beach. The Beach bar. Lovely gardens. Entertainments team are good.
We had to go to reception to get the room cleaners to do their job properly. Like wash the tiled floors, replenish the tea, coffee, stirrers, etc.
Only a couple of staff spoke English.
The hotel is obviously geared around Germans, so the staff have no interest in English or Russians, your staff are only interested in Germans.
The restaurant food is mediocre at best, more effort required in the Kitchen & more skilled chefs needed.
Food was very good. Swimming pools are also nice. Service personal is very friendly.
Buildings are located in different sides of the small street and to moove between areas you have to cross it every time. There is bridge overhead but mostly people do not use it.
