Pros:

The food was great, the beach as well, and the massage was awesome!
Thank you one more time!

Cons:

Some rooms have windows straight to the pool and music till 11pm, maybe 10pm would be enough :)

Nice hotel for relaxing

It’s was ok, but I would not choose this hotel again.

The choice of food is great. Very very good!

Cons:

The bed is very bad, very old, uncomfortable and impossible for a good night sleep. My room was is very close to entertaining area. Which is very noisy and continues till later. Impossible for relaxing and quiet time.

Good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is placed in a very good location close to the beach and a good walking distance from shops, restaurants, other entertainment. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the activities were very well-organised. Great variety of evening shows, sports and themed meals.

Cons:

The staff spoke Russian and German but their English was very poor. It was difficult for them to understand our questions.

Very good hotel for the price, My wife, daughter and I had a very positive stay and would stay again
Pros:

The location was about 50 mins to 1 hour from the airport which is great when travelling with children.
Hotel was clean, great food options, friendly staff. Bus transfer was very frequent to the beach only a 3 minute drive or less than 10 min walk which we did a few times.

I revommend the hotel to everyone even for families.
Pros:

We were on a family holiday for 10 days. The hotel is not big, it has a family atmosphere. The animators are nice, fantastic. There were great shows. The meals were delicious , great choice. Children are kept busy with activities all day. There is a shuttle to the sea every 15 minutes, which is sometimes very crowded and stops after 18:00 in the evening. I can recommend the hotel to everyone, even for families with children.

Cons:

The shuttle to the sea was overcrowded some times. Diner time is 19:00-21:00, but the waiters start to clear tables 20:30.

The food was really good and good variety of choices for everyone. Maybe too much food :))
Sous Chef - Beşir Sünger really helpful and friendly . Even he don’t speak English try to help and resolve everything immediately. Big respect for him
Waitress Sükran smiling all the time. Remember what you need to order. Really good.

Animation for kids is only in Russian ?????? Crazy. English speaking kids don’t understand anything. There are 2 girls and one guy. Tried to talk with the guy in English. Everything good until he asked where I and from. When I said Romania suddenly he cannot speak English anymore.
The girls even they don’t speak English are very careful with the kids and try to help. Thumbs up for them.
Lobby bar. Ramazan don’t understand anything and never smiling. Asked Rose wine he gives me white wine. Explained that I need rose he starts to yell at me . Absolutely unacceptable. The same with our friends. Why you ask for ice after he put wine ??? He cannot put ice in the glass…. Don’t deserve to be in the bar. Complained about him in reception ( hard that they don’t speak English)
Reception cannot speak English.
Everybody speak Russian but not English…. Should be only for Russian people advised.
Agencies from hotel don’t talk with English talking people. Even if you are interested to buy excursions from them.
People cannot find a table in the restaurant but the bosses have all the time a big table reserved for them… I think customers should be on first place
