The property was absolutely Bullshit..No prior cleanliness at all. No water facility at the guests arrival.

Pros:

The location was good, restaurants and the main road were near. Wifi facility is there too.

Cons:

In the bathroom washbasin/sink there's no water coming, it would have been good if the hotel provided people with a pair of slippers already, the bedsheets were already a bit dirty and not changed, no blankets were there. The bed was really hard.

Disgusting. And worst stay ever.

The stay as a whole was disgusting.
I booked two AC rooms.[they said there are only two AC rooms i.e the ones we booked.so pls be aware and mark my words.]
DONT EVER SELECT THIS AS YOUR PLACE TO STAY.
it was totally disgusting.
Starting from location, they plave seems like a construction area that even the taxi drivers resisted to go there considering the condition of the road. The road is not tarred, uneven and dusty.
Second THEY ARE UTTER SCAM.
don't book this hotel because the rooms are offered for cheap price. once you are there,THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE and claim that they have not yet updated the actual price in the site. ITS THEIR BUSINESS TRICK [TRAP as would say].
Third NO CLEANING.
ROOM FLOOR ARE STICKY.that you can't walk in that without slippers.
Bathroom have no proper doors. And they are broken.
Toilets are dirty that you won't even feel like using it.
Once we complained about broken TV Remote and asked them to fix it and there were no positive response from the staff members.
Overall they stay was awful and I will never recommend this to anyone.
CAUTION anyone with cleaning disorders and solo travellers BETTER AVOID THIS as this is going to be a nightmare.
