It was nightmare for my family
Pros:

Nothing. It was a nightmare.

Cons:

Name printed on property is "Grand Eagle", post booking this you get every comms from OYO (this property is not with OYO) on booking.com this property is with name "Grand Decor". They are simply fooling everyone

Cons:

They charged me extra at reception and said that I should not have paid money online while booking. They charged me almost double the online payment and also I have to wait in lobby for 1 hour to get the room key even after paying extra.
