Please remove this hotel from your listing unless everything is fixed
Pros:

Nothing at all - the hotel is in a very unhygienic and very dirty condition and definitely not family friendly. Please remove it from booking.com until they have fixed all the issues. the AC was leaking the switches were not working the fan regulator switch was missing and the list goes on.

The hotel is in a very unhygienic and very dirty condition and definitely not family friendly. Please remove it from booking.com until they have fixed all the issues but I am sure fixing is not possible by the management as they don't care about the condition. As per them it is a good standard. There is no geaser or water heater or hot water for shower, the AC was leaking (so much so that the table was completely wet and spilled on the floor), the switches are not working, the fan regulator switch was missing and the list goes on. I had to rush for a meeting the evening I landed and I reached the hotel only around 7pm and as I was getting delayed, so I failed to notice as I left my luggage and left for the meeting but when I came back it was very late in the night, so the next day I requested to refund the amount for next 2 days but they refused. Finally after talking to the owner of the hotel I was shifted to a much further away hotel from the venue.
